Jenn Zandy Recognized as VT CSR of the Year
MONTPELIER – Union Mutual announced that The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research has named Jenn Zandy of Union Mutual as Vermont Outstanding CSR of the Year. As a state qualifier, Zandy now competes at the National level, which will announce a winner later this year.
The CSR of the Year award recognizes the contributions and commitment of those who serve clients within the insurance industry. In the submission essay, Jenn notes that her mother instilled in her early on that ‘everyone has the same hopes, dreams, and fears as you do’ and this reminder has aided her well in navigating difficult conversations within her role. Jenn has been with Union Mutual for over 25 years, primarily within the Customer Support’s billing team.
“We are very proud of this well deserved recognition for Jenn.” Union Mutual Human Resources Manager Kristen Sweet said. “This award recognizes Jenn’s depth of empathy and authenticity in how she approaches conversations with agents, policyholders and her peers.”
