Union Mutual Announces Partnership with Hi Marley

Montpelier, VT and Boston, MA – Union Mutual of Vermont Companies announced it recently partnered with Hi Marley to employ Hi Marley’s insurance-focused, innovative texting platform to enhance the customer experience. Union Mutual engaged formally with Hi Marley after a successful pilot program. Using Hi Marley, Union Mutual claims adjusters can now quickly and easily communicate with policyholders through text messaging to review and settle insurance claims.
