Union Mutual Earns 2026 Best Place to Work Recognition for 13th Consecutive Year

MONTPELIER, VT – Union Mutual announced today that it has again been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Vermont, marking the Company’s 13th consecutive year receiving this distinguished honor. The award is based in part on anonymous employee surveys that evaluate workplace culture, engagement, and overall employee experience.

The awards program was created in 2006 and is presented in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management, Vermont State Council, (VTSHRM), the Vermont Department of Commerce and Community Development and Workforce Research Group.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Vermont, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. The 2026 Best Places to Work in Vermont list is made up of 65 companies.
