Union Mutual recognized as Best Place to Work for 12th Consecutive Year

MONTPELIER, VT – Union Mutual Insurance Company announced today that it was recently named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Vermont.

This is the 12th consecutive year that the Company has received this award, which is based in part on anonymous employee surveys.

“Our success over the past 12 years is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team,” Union Mutual President & CEO Lisa Keysar said. “We are honored to receive this award once again and look forward to continuing our journey as an engaging, supportive, and inclusive employer in Vermont.”

The awards program was created in 2006 and is presented in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management, Vermont State Council, (VTSHRM), the Vermont Department of Commerce and Community Development and Workforce Research Group.

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Vermont, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. The 2025 Best Places to Work in Vermont list is made up of 65 companies.
